Q:	What are your hours of operation?

A:	Effective Monday, August 22nd, "Back to School Hours" are in effect. Monday & Tuesday: Closed (except for holiday's and/or breaks) Wednesday & Thursday: 10am to 8pm Friday & Saturday: 10am to 9pm Sunday: 12pm to 6pm

Q:	How do I book a Planet Jump party?

A:	You will soon be able to visit our Reservations page to book your party, however - for now, you can call us for reservations, or you can stop by and make your reservations in person. Our phone number is 727-535-2323.

Q:	When do I need to book my party?

A:	Popular time slots fill up months in advance. We recommend you call at least two months in advance to get the time you would like. Of course, we are always happy to accommodate even last minute requests if space is available.

Q:	What is your payment and cancellation policy?

A:	We accept VISA or MasterCard. A $100 deposit will be charged when you reserve a Party Time. The remaining balance and any extras will be due on the day of your party. If necessary, you may reschedule your party for any time in the next 12 months and we will apply your deposit to that party. Please click here to view Planet Jump's Policy.

Q:	Do I need to wear socks to play?

A:	Yes, socks are required for everyone on the inflatables. If you forgot your socks, you may purchase a pair for $3 at our front desk.

Q:	What clothing is recommended?

A:	Lightweight, long sleeve t-shirts and lightweight long pants are recommended for the ultimate in speed and comfort. Please do not wear anything with protruding hooks, zippers, or any other metallic type object as they can damage the inflatables. Socks are always required.

Q:	Do you offer Open Play time?

A:	Yes. Please see "Open Play" for all details. It is always recommended to call us prior to arrival to verify availability. Please call 727-535-2323.

Q:	Can I rent the entire Planet Jump arena for a private party?

A:	Our "The Universe Party" is offered as a party option for exactly this purpose! See "Universe Party" party description on our "Party Options" page for full details.

Q:	What kind of food can I offer at my Planet Jump party?

A:	Planet Jump offers a wide selection of foods that are available for you to add to your party. The most popular choices are the gourmet, Chicago-style 16" pizzas; 2-liter sodas; juice boxes; small waters; and ice cream cups - however, we also offer items such as fresh salads; sub sandwiches; meatball sandwiches; corn dogs; chicken (strips & breasts) - and much more! ALL food must be purchased / supplied from Planet Jump. NO outside food or drink is permitted - with the exception of the Birthday Cake for pre-reserved birthday parties. You may bring your own cake for your party (cakes are also available to order from Planet Jump). No other outside food may be brought into our facility. Please see "Party Upgrades" to view a menu of some of the most popular upgrades that are currently available for your party.

Q:	How many kids can I have at my Planet Jump party?

A:	Our "standard" Planet Parties have FOUR different packages. Please see our "Party Options" page for full details and descriptions that would offer you the best solution that would fit your needs. We also offer the "Universe Party" which can accommodate up to 100 children.

Q:	Can I have a party for our Company, Team or Scout troop, etc?

A:	Yes! Our inflatable’s are supplied from some of the top manufacturers in the industry. Depending on the number of party attendees, you can either select a "standard" Planet A, B, or C party, or if your needs require the rental of the entire Planet Jump arena - our "Universe Party" package may best suit your needs. Q:	Can Planet Jump accommodate large "summer camp" groups for Open Play visits?

A:	Yes! Planet Jump works with many of our local Pinellas County and Hillsborough County Recreation Departments, as well as with local YMCA, Day Care Centers, Martial Arts Schools, etc. in planning for their summer camps and daily activities. Please call 727-535-2323 to discuss your summer camp needs so we can help you with all details and planning.

Q:	Will there be someone to help me with my Planet Jump party?

A:	Planet Jump staff will assist with the kids and provide all set-up and clean-up for your party. Every Planet Jump party will have a dedicated Planet Jump staff member assigned to that party to help fulfill all Party needs.

Q:	Do I need to sign a Liability Waiver when I enter Planet Jump?

A:	Yes. All participants MUST sign a waiver before participating in any activities at Planet Jump. For all Party guests attending a Planet Jump private reserved party, waiver instructions will be included as part of the invitation each guest will receive. This waiver is to be signed and returned to Planet Jump on the day of the party. The Waiver Form .PDF can be found on the left yellow menu bar found on each page of our website. Simply print out the Waiver, fill it out and bring it with you to Planet Jump!

Q:	Are Planet Jump's inflatables safe for young children?

A:	Yes. Safety of children is our #1 concern... All inflatable’s at Planet Jump are designed for children, and most have a maximum per player weight of 150-200 pounds. Parents or guardians are welcome to assist their children (age 4 and younger) in the inflatable’s, but adults are not permitted to bounce or play. Additionally, Planet Jump has one inflatable that is specifically designed and reserved for infants / Toddlers that are age 3 and younger. Please select "P.J. Q:	Can adults jump too?

A:	No. Effective January 2011: In the interest of safety for all children, we do not allow adults to play on any of the inflatable’s. You are welcome to assist your children (age 4 years-old and younger) in the play areas, but you may not bounce or play. Planet Jump’s #1 concern is for the safety and well being of all children playing in our establishment. As a result of past experiences and our continued focus of providing a safe and secure atmosphere for your child to play, we have changed our “policy” regarding ADULT participation on the inflatable’s. While we realize this change may be difficult to accept, we hope you understand that this is in the best interest of all CHILDREN’S safety. This change will result in a safer, more secure environment for you and your children.

Q:	What can adults do while their children play?

A:	We require all parents / guardians to monitor, and encourage their children during their play. In addition, Planet Jump’s trained staff will observe all play areas to enforce the rules and assure the safety of your child at Planet Jump. We want you to RELAX while your children play! We offer a Parent’s Lounge that features a large screen TV, wireless internet access, plenty of comfortable seating, amusement games as well as a full snack bar. Our arena is designed for optimal viewing ability for you to watch your children as they play.
